We do so much more than fix doors.
Your garage door repairman will perform an inspection of your overhead garage door with every job.
Your garage door operation is important to us. We take care to ensure that every part of your overhead garage door is working properly and that the critical parts of the assembly are safe and functioning as they should. Our trained technician will point out any problems that pose a safety risk so that you can rest knowing your doors are operating as they should.
Our Garage Door Inspection checklist:
The pull cord coming down from the center of your garage, usually with a red handle, is your manual release. This emergency release cord will disengage your garage door from the automatic opener and manually open and close your door.
Your panels must be functioning properly to protect the contents of your garage from weather. A broken panel can also be a security hazard. We inspect your garage door panels for warping, dents and rot.
Our garage door technician will inspect your handles, hinges and locks for signs or wear, including rust. Weak hardware can compromise the quiet and efficient operation of your door and eventually pose a safety threat.
We will run your door up and down a few times to observe it in action. We listen for noises and watch for wobbles and other signs that something needs attention.
