Our Garage Door Inspection checklist:
|
Emergency Release
The pull cord coming down from the center of your garage, usually with a red handle, is your manual release. This emergency release cord will disengage your garage door from the automatic opener and manually open and close your door. Panels Your panels must be functioning properly to protect the contents of your garage from weather. A broken panel can also be a security hazard. We inspect your garage door panels for warping, dents and rot. Cables Springs Hardware Our garage door technician will inspect your handles, hinges and locks for signs or wear, including rust. Weak hardware can compromise the quiet and efficient operation of your door and eventually pose a safety threat. General Operation We will run your door up and down a few times to observe it in action. We listen for noises and watch for wobbles and other signs that something needs attention. Contact us if you have questions about our inspection service. We look forward to serving you. |
